"The Christ Bullet, molded from an authentic statuary representation of the Crucifixion, interrogates in a satirical vein the violent consequences stemming from certain interpretations of sacred texts. The technical virtuosity of the artist is particularly highlighted in the meticulous placement of each cartridge in the resin mold: faithfully reproducing, on the one hand, the emaciated anatomy of Christ in a realistic manner, but also capturing the fluidity of the fabric of his loincloth. Each cartridge is struck, reminiscent of traces of past violence."
