"Walking in Beauty" is the translation of a Navajo concept that refers to a spiritual path honoring the sacredness of life. It means moving in harmony with all things—people, animals, objects... with life itself.
It also speaks to the way we walk through the world: how we feel, both physically and emotionally, and how we explore the wild spaces within us.
Thinking and acting in beauty transforms our perception of life. It changes how we feel, how we relate to ourselves and to others, and how we navigate our inner world.
We move from judgment or victimhood to curiosity, and a desire to seek truth.
