James Colomina

Originally from Toulouse, James Colomina has established himself as one of the most unique and engaged French sculptors of his generation. A former dental prosthetist, he transformed the precision and technical skill of his first profession into a singular artistic language.

His sculptures, instantly recognizable by their striking red resin, make a powerful and poetic impact in public spaces. Masked children, fragile or anonymous figures—his characters embody innocence, vulnerability, and resistance against injustice.
